2. You can not combine different protein products, such as meat and fish.
3. At lunch should be eaten only soup.
4. When preparing food, do not add salt to it.
5. Milk and dairy products should not contain fat.
6. You should drink about 2 liters…
THE CAYENNE PEPPER AND WATER FAST IS THE BEST ONE I’VE SEEN SO FAR.
in a week, ten pounds is guaranteed to be lost, at least
also if you use the salt colon cleanse as well you lose even more
only use for a week at a time though, because there are side effects if abused, but if you just take a gap and drink just fresh water with no salt cleanse or cayenne pepper, then go back to it i suppose that’d be okay, i’m starting mine after christmas because i know for a fact my mother will make me eat something on christmas, and this only works as a FAST
but honestly guys, i’ve read so many reviews and people are saying 20+ pounds are being lost in a week
but the salt cleanse, is something you do have to choke down the first few times, i’ve tried it before and it tastes vile but it really works!
